At GoTickets.pk we value our attendees and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tickets purchased through Gotickets.pk.
1. General Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases described below.
- By purchasing a ticket or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Event Cancellation
- If an event is canceled by GoTickets.pk, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
- We will notify attendees via email or phone with instructions on how refunds will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Event Rescheduling
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
- GoTickets.pk and event organizers are not responsible for refunds in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond control.
4. No-Show or Personal Circumstances
- Refunds are not available if you do not attend the event (“no-show”).
- Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, such as illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Service fees, transaction charges, or taxes may be non-refundable.
